Chosen Solution
After a factory reset, I restarted my tablet and was in the process of reconfiguration. I set up Wifi and the tablet started checking for updates. Then the above error message came up and there’s nothing else that l can do. I can’t access settings as the tablet hasn’t configured itself. It just goes through the same routine every time it’s switched back on.
try to uninstall the app and then reinstall
