When i want set an alarm this message will show Please help
I was also experiencing the same proble m but i found that the real problem is silent mode. If the phone is on silent mode then this error will occur when u set alarm. Simple solution is keep all the sounds on while setting alarm.
My dear friend, after i clear the cache and restart my phone i tired for that message and finally i reset factory in my phone but before this i create an backup from my device, and next when i test my clock i saw that it’s working!!! Thanks for your time Have fun With best regards Masoud taghavi
Go to setting, device,sounds and notifications, interrupt,sound - select sounds. This solve the problem for my note3. GK
