We replaced the suspension rods on this washing machine and are still getting uneven loads during the spin cycle. Then I proceeded to clean the washing machine on the allfresh cycle. It still did an uneven load without clothes in the machine.
I guess this says it all. “Maytag with a low rate of customer satisfaction and a high rate of failure” Does it spin, or does the error stop it from spinning? The point is, you must determine if it is actually an uneven load or there is a problem with the sensor. If it is actually an uneven load without anything in it, then you are looking for a mechanical issue, maybe associated with the parts you replaced. If it is not uneven, the you are looking for how it is determining that and what sensor might be bad.
