Chosen Solution
I have replaced new OLED display on iPhone XS Max recently. Later, we found that while phone is on charging station device (Belkin bought from Apple store) , we are unable to swipe or unlock or some apps does not open properly.. However, when phone is in hand, it works and unlocks and open apps normally. Initially we thought that it is due to faulty display like but we replaced it by another new OLED display but it is still happening. What are you thoughts ?
Have you tried to put back the old original screen to see if that will work, if it doesn’t work then it is board related.
