Chosen Solution

My phone says “Retrieving Messages” and just spins when I try to respond to an email. Just started doing this.

Before I continue, I’ll ask you this

  1. Is your wifi connection working properly?
  2. Isn’t there an OS update?
  3. Are the password(s) for your email account(s) entered properly / still working?
  4. If it isn’t one of the default email-services (custom domains) re-check if the mail servers are entered correctly.
