I’ve tried every method provided including reset and wiping yet the device goes back to safe mode after booting. My Samsung GT19082 is becoming a nightmare. Please help.

Usually a simple reboot will get rid of the safe mode feature. If a reboot did not work, then you will need to take some extra steps to remove it. First, power off your phone. Now boot it into recovery mode by holding and pressing the volume down, home and power button together. When you see the warning sign about installing a custom OS, press the volume up button to continue. From here, you will follow the on screen instructions and continue to the recovery mode menu. At the menu screen, use your volume up and down buttons to navigate to an option called Clear Cache Partition. Select this and confirm. Doing so will not erase your user data, so go ahead and continue. When done, reboot the phone and safe mode should be gone.
