Hi, My asus zenfone 2 551ML suddently does not see the memory card. I change the memory card ,however the problem is still present . Thanks for help
Hello, try to clean out the sd card port and the sd card chip. If there is dust collected then that may stop the Asua zeFone from reading the chip

I am sorry I could not help you, ty calling the company they may give you your money back or if you want at your own risk you can try opening it and see if the wire got disconnected
The telefone is old without warranty, I try by myself replacing PCB . I will replace the part when it arrives. Thanks a lot
