Phone does not recognize the memory card, sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn’t. Memory card is working in other phone and in PC.
It could be that your phone does not support a memory card of the size you are using. It could be that the reader is dirty, and needs to be cleaned or replaced.
Check your SD card reader. Use a different USB Port. Turn off the write protection of the SD card. Restart the device. Put your computer or phone to an idle state. Format SD card to fix SD card read/ write error. Regards, Will
