I’ve reheated the iOpener many times and re-applied many times (timing to make sure I’m a little over the 2 minutes suggested). I also used a heatgun until the back was too hot to keep holding my hand on it (and then of course stopped at that point). No matter what I do with the suction cup (I bought the full official repair kit) and spudger+picks, I’m not getting even a little separation.
Make sure your suction cup is right under the camera to the right and has a good grip. Start pulling and try to get your spudger in between. If you aren’t able to do it maybe ask someone else to do it.
Blast lots of heat on the glass with a heat gun for several minutes. Pull up from the bottom with a suction cu and get a pick under there. Keep blowing hot air as you keep prying the glass off. It’ll come off like butter
