am unable to on wifi in iphone se. wifi hotspot also unable to on.
Is the Wi-Fi greyed out in settings? If it is you will need to replace or reball the Wi-Fi IC. To do this you will need experience in microsoldering.
I assume that it might be a wireless receiver chip issue. One last try , enable the airplane mode and then try to turn on wifi if it’s not working then hardware to be checked
