Why is my ota system updates on my RCA tablet not working?
Hi @birdiebee , There are no system updates available anymore for your model tablet, that is most probably why the option is not working. Here’s a link to an answer on ifixit regarding this. The link in the answer goes to a website that explains how to root the tablet to possibly gain some improvements but doing this is not an OS (Operating System) update. Are there Android OS Updates
