I am unable to factory reset my supersonic tablet, ive done the power and volume +, while its off but it just turns it back on, when i do that when it’s on it just asks to shut down. What am i doing wrong?
Hi, According to this link you have a Windows 10 tablet, so the reset procedure for an Android OS tablet that you’re trying to use, will not work. Try the following to see if it can be reset this way: If it turns on as far as the sign-on screen, click the ease of access icon (just left of the power icon) and select on screen keyboard Then tap the shift key, it should remain selected. If you select restart while the shift button is pressed the tablet will restart in the recovery (blue) screen. From here you can reset the device. (see video below how to navigate through the recovery menus) You can also use an otg adapter and USB keyboard and perform a shift-restart to get to the recovery menus options. Here’s a video that shows how to do this. I realize that the video is not showing your particular model tablet but it seems to be the common method to reset Win 10 tablets.
