I have tried factory resetting twice. I have used two different accounts and have tried signing in and out. This Iphone for some reason will not download any apps. All my other Iphones can download apps through these two accounts with the same wifi. This phone is severely cracked and has an old battery but I don’t think they have anything to do with the app store problem. Everytime I try to download an app it says “Unable to download app” “Try again later” Any suggestions? Edit: Apps icons do appear but the apps do not work when trying to launch them. After trying DFU restore it says software for this iphone was corrupted during download.
If you are restoring from back up every time you reset, you may be restoring from a corrupt backup. Try just Settings –> General –> Reset –> Reset All Settings. Do not choose “erase all contents and settings”.
To turn back on, press and hold the on/off button until the Apple logo appears. Settings > iTunes & App Store > Your Apple ID > Sign Out. Restart your device, then Settings>iTunes & App Store>Sign in and then try again. Tap Settings > Wi-Fi and turn Wi-Fi off and then on again.
same problem , just change your connection , turn off wifi use cellular data. works for me i dont know why .
Even I encounter so many issues with the Apple App Store which is why I prefer more using of third party app stores like Appvalley, Tutuapp and Tweakbox - these app stores are completely free and never disappointed me.

I have faced the same problem and then I found the solution. I have downloaded third party app store called Tutuapp ios and it is working like a charm. Give a try to it.
