When I try to log my WiFi to the viking pro it says authentication problem
Hi, Have you tried “forgetting” or deleting the WiFi network connection from the tablet and then setting up the connection again? To forget the network, press and hold the appropriate WiFi network connection until an option box appears which will allow you to delete the connection from the device. Then scan for and select the WiFi network and setup the connection again.
@jayeff is right, you need to forget all previous network connections. Check your firmware is updated or not, Your computer window is also updated. Restart your computer as well as your router. Then connect to router. it will work.
