Hello, I just bought a Blu Advance 4.0 phone and am unable to finish configuring it. I already entered the email address I wanted to enter for that phone. It insists I keep on entering other email adresses (which I do not want to do) and won’t let me continue to the end of the configuration process. In fact, it doesn’t even have an arrow at the bottom right to continue till the end of configuration. Please advise.
Since you have not provided any necessary information for an exact answer, I will have to presume that you aren’t using a Gmail address. The phone probably requires a Gmail account to be signed in for most of it’s functions to work, like most android phones. Hope this helps!
