Chosen Solution
Two questions. first: getting a message unfortunately stock Android has stopped working. second: the touch screen doesn’t respond correctly, sometimes it won’t do anything then it’ll do exactly what you don’t want then all of a sudden it seems to work fine and then goes back to doing the same stuff doesn’t respond correctly. (HELP)
Have that zte pro what I did was find it in settings app then scroll till you find stock Android go into it Force stop it clear all data from it and then reboot working good now..
I finally just had to get a new phone. When I walked in and started talking, the lady said that the not charging was one of the hugest problems with these phones. I charged mine after I left and I have left it sitting. It stays charged. Only loosing a small percent each day. But if I ever pic it up and open pics or play a game the battery is nearly dead. On top of getting a stock android error. (Something of that nature) stock something. Anyway, she said they’ve had many returns and bsd reports on these phones. I am terribly upset. I really love that phone. The size and all. It takes great photos. I am really upset over the whole thing.
First hard reset the phones with keys.If the problem still same upgrade the firmware of the phones.Even on touch issues somehow software but that may be the hardware issue.Replace the touch can fix it.
I ended up trading in for a new phone. My phone company said they had a little of problems with these phones. Seems like that is the line everyone gets after so long. These phones dont seem to be mad to last long. They want to make more money off of us because they know we will but a new phone. I bought an LG BRAND. It is a pain. As soon as im able to upgrade im d Going to Samsung and hopping for the best. I am tired of having to buy a new phone nearly every year.

Yea I had this problem. And ZTE has no intentions of fixing it. I had to go tact the CEO of mu carrier before I had to force them to give me new phones of a different brand. And I. Threw those zte away trade In value is $12.
The “Stock Android” message is a simple fix. You have too many icons on your desktop screen or screens. (I had 2 desktop screens. You may have even more?) Remove some of these icons… it will not delete the app… they are still on the main apps page. To remove an icon from your desktop… hold your finger down on the icon and slide it up to the word remove.

Unlocked Z Max Pros from metro have a know issue when attempting to access the play store on another network (at&t or cricket) . The apn is correct and everthing else works, but the play store doesn’t see the mobile network. I fixed it once but putting the data to 3G and playing around registering on different networks but I don’t know exactly how I did it…
