We have a 32ld350 LG tv. It wont turn on at all. We have tried to press enter button on the remote and power button on the t.v. at the same time to see if it resets.
Start by making sure you have power on the outlet. Then make sure your power cable is in good working order. Disconnect all inputs to your TV and try to turn it on. If it still does not, remove the back after you unplug it. Then get a multimeter and check the fuses on your power board. Check for obviously damaged components (yes, domed or leaking capacitors are possible. Post some good images of your boards with your question so that we can see what you see.
Swollen electrolytic capacitors is the commonest problem, but if it’s not that it could be almost anything.
