Tv Won T Respond To Remote Inputs But Will Turn On Off By Plugging In Samsung Television

My TV (Samsung UN50NU6900B) won’t respond to remote inputs except for maybe 1 time in 100 where it will let me adjust the volume a few ticks. I’ve troubleshot the remote itself and am confident it isn’t the problem. The power button input on the TV doesn’t work either. However, I can turn the TV on by plugging it in with an active device such as a PS4 turned on. Occasionally things get stuck on the screen like the HDMI input banner or the volume setting (when I’m able to adjust it) that normally goes away after a few seconds. I’ve opened up the TV and inspected all of the boards and don’t see any scoring or loose connections. I appreciate any help you guys can give.

Are the remote batteries flat if so bye new one/ones
