My son threw a ball to the tv and ever since, it’s been stuck at the same HDMI channel and I can’t lower the volume with the remote. I can’t go to the home page and whenever I try to turn it on, it takes a while. The screen still looks fine though,
katherine li… sounds like you dogged the ball there on a broken display :) i wouldnt be surprised if there sare some loose connectors or boards due to the impact though. you may want to open up the back of the tv and tighten (snuggly) the screws holding the boards to the chasis. also, remove and reseat your connectors from your boards to ensure proper connection. post back here with results and we can take it from there.
