I have power to the power board. Not sure what is suppose to be output on the other connections. All fuses on power board are good. I have no power light and no display.

Isaac, since you do not hear the relays clicking on, unplug the TV and place your volt-meter on pin 6 of connector P6 (black on ground and red to the pin. I know you know this just making sure;-) Plug in the TV but do not turn the power on. You should have 5V on that pin, if you do not, then you most likely have a bad P board.

update Isaac, not yet;-) Since you have ~5V on the connector it may not be your P-board. Unplug the TV and disconnect A1 on the A-Board. Plug in the TV but do not turn the power on. If the relays click now when you plug the unit in, check the wires between A1 and K1. If these are okay, your issue is the K-board. If the relays do not click replace the A-board.
