tv will come on but no screen
Hi, What is the make and model number of the TV? Have you tried using different signal sources e.g. dvd player, different input types e.g. Composite video, HDMI, RF etc to prove whether the problem is in the TV or not? With the TV on and audio heard, try shining a torch at an angle close to the screen and check for images on the screen. They will be very faint if they are there so trying this in a darkened room may help to see them. If there are images being seen, then there is a backlight problem.
