My panasonic tv turns on and off but with a black screen.can’t get to menu. Any help?
Hey, is there sound from it if it’s connected to something? Have you tested have ut in for a long time and see if it starts then? A regular thing that makes TV not show picture but sound etc works is caps on controller boards that’s gets bad and then they get rounded on the top instead of flat. I’d that’s the problem they need to be replaced and it will work.
