Why does my TV turn-off and turn-on by itself after turning on TV? Update (03/23/2018) Thanks for responding! The tv turns on normal and stays on for 12 seconds and then turns off and turns on by itself. The turn off and turn on takes 3 seconds. The tv continues the 12 second “stay on”and 3 second “cycle off/backon” but never stays on. All lights work as normal and the unit appears and sounds normal. Thanks!
@flynnca1 this “All lights work as normal and the unit appears and sounds normal” while your TV shuts “off” actually sounds like your screen is just getting dark. That could be caused by a bad power board as well as a bad LED array. Unplug your set and take some good pictures of all the boards. That will allow us to see what you see.
