Hi have checked my lg tv many times when its sound off but picture clear. Lg services man comes and start it but i have faced again and again arise this problem. i have paid every 3 months paid service charge of lg service care. I am really frusted about it. Make it fix.
1、有可能是你不小心按了静音键； 2、如果你接了机顶盒，还要看你是不是把电视或者机顶盒其中之一设置成了静音。
