I had a bad wavy pic on my Sharp LC-60LE832u TV and changed the Tcon board to fix it. I now have a good clear pic but only displayed on 2 sections of the screen with two parts always blacked out….see photo at link…
http://s446.photobucket.com/user/johnjon… I was considering changing the main board now as well to try and fix this issue, but don’t want to keep spending on it if its a panel issue for sure. Anyone seen this type of symptom and fixed it before or any feedback? Thanks Paul
@hammerhed17 that could be a few things. From failed source drive IC’s (on your panel) to a defective or loose T-con to panel connecting cable. Check those cables first.
