I purchased my TV on Friday & it was installed by an engineer on Friday. TV worked fine but then late last night the TV went off, when I hold the power button for 3 seconds the screen goes a very dark grey & the red light slowly flashes 3 times & then the screen stays very dark grey & there is no picture or sound. Everything is plugged in correctly.
Hi @medway13 , Given that it is a brand new TV, either contact the retailer where you purchased it from or LG as per the warranty statement in the documentation that came with the TV (it may be in the user manual) about getting it repaired or replaced under warranty. You could try a power reset and check if that works. Turn off the TV and also the power outlet and disconnect the TV power cord from the power outlet. Press and hold the TV’s Power On/Off button (not the remote TV power button) for 30 seconds and then release. Reconnect the TV’s power cord to the power outlet, switch on the outlet and then the TV and check what happens
