Hello, Please help me figure out what is wrong with this Samsung series 7 750 HDTV LN46A750R1F TV as it’s driving me insane because I’ve checked all the capacitors(usually they are prime suspect) and they’re all working fine, no abnormal discolouration on the PCB either, everything looks perfectly in order. The STB voltage should be 5.1V according to the print on the PCB and right now its producing 4.33V . Here’s whats happening right now: After the Tv is plugged in….it makes the chime of start up and TV screen lights up very dim and then after 5 seconds the tv shuts off with a clicking sound and this cycle repeats endlessly. Please let me know how I can diagnose this problem?? My tools consists of: Soldering iron basic tools to open and close any panel and a cheap multimeter that works fine Thanks for any help
