Chosen Solution
When TV is powered on insignia logo flashes briefly and then screen goes dark, sound works fine but no picture. When shining a flashlight you can see the picture. I replaced the power supply/led board already but still having same problem. Any ideas? Thanks!
@elilaughter since you replaced the power board already, the next thing could be your main board. It tell s the power board to turn the backlight on. After that it is the backlight array that has failed. For that you will have to disassemble your TV and the panel. Then replace the backlight array. It’s a bit of a pain to do it but not impossible.
