I have the same issue, but am guessing its the functions the turns the screen blank (as the tv is less than 2 weeks old. The issue i have is I don’t know how to reset the screen. What is the buttons required?
Hi, If the TV is less than 2 weeks old and you have performed basic tests such as changing inputs trying different signal source e.g. DVD player etc then I recommend that you follow the directions in the TV manufacturer’s warranty statement that came with the TV as to what to do to make a claim for a warranty repair, replacement or refund. Don’t void your warranty by opening up the TV set.
