Model # LS24TDNSUV/ZA Can this be repaired?
Hi @karenann , It most probably can be repaired but you’ll have to provide more information to get a better answer as to what the problem might be. Have you checked the power outlet that the TV is connected to, to ensure that it is supplying power OK, e.g. by plugging in another appliance such as a hair dryer etc? Is the TV standby light ON or OFF on the TV? Was there a power outage or a thunderstorm shortly before the TV stopped working? Disconnect the power from the TV and then remove the back cover and check if there are any obvious problems evident such as a blown fuse on the power board (the board that the power cord connection, connects to), or blown capacitors or burnt out components. if you’re not certain as to whether a component looks damaged or not, take some close up pictures, especially of the power board and post back here and hopefully someone will help you further. Here’s how to do this. Adding images to an existing question
