So my vizio tv display will go grainy after turning the display off then on, if there is still an input going to the tv the the whole display will become grainy, even the tv menu.
Logan Wisdom number 1 cause for a grainy picture is the T-con board and after that the main board. The panel is always a possibility. So I suggest you start with the t-con board.
