As soon as I plug in my tv it flashes on and off until I unplug it. I cant use any menus or buttons or anything. It just flashes continuously. No bulges or heat damage. What is the issue? I think I put pics and a video on here. If not let me know
@al2hoss bad power supply or bad backlight. Unplug the cable from the power supply board to the main board, then turn it on. Let us know if your backlight works or if it does not.
This looks like the LED supply is shutting down and restarting. Can you post the model number please? Also, take a look at the front of the set to see whether or not the back light is consistent. If a single LED has shorted, it is possible that the power supply for the LEDs is going over voltage which will cause a shutdown. The model number will help to guide you further in the repair.
