I am a bit concerned that the board is discolored near the top of the photo. That suggests excessive heat. Also, those diodes may require replacement. Since you don’t even get the standby light, it suggests a catastrophic failure of the board. Check the main fuse for starters. Also, post a photo of the other side of the board. Dan
