My VisionPQ65-F1, while watching will lose the backlight. Picture is still there (flashlite test) and sound is still there. I turn it back on and it works fine for 20 minutes, then the same thing happens? What is going on? I have done a Power Cycle and a full reset to no avail.
Hi Allessio, It sounds like it could be a software issue, loose connectors, or bad backlight driver boards. Try changing the display settings/picture mode to see it is a software issue.
