Hello! I have a Android tv box and it not working when i plug the power it turns on for 0.5 sec blue led and orange led orange led is in the part of LAN blue is the power light Can anyone help me ? Thank You !
you need to reflash the firmware of your box pin the box probably from the av port with a pin and at the same time plug the power add the firmware on an sd card and select apply update from external. enjoy!!
#1 I would first check the power supply, with a voltmeter. See if it is putting out the correct power. those numbers on on the output listing on the power supply. #2 try a different power supply ( but the same details like 12 volt 1 amp example only) #3 reset the unit. lots of units have a small port that you can use a paperclip and softly push till you feel reset button engage. Normally hold power button in for 10 seconds what supplying power. #4 contact support . Most vendors provide DOA (dead on arrival) warranties, and know their product well. good luck !
I have a T95 android tv box. On the first day of installation it came up and work perfectly. After doing some stuffs same day, I put it off via the remote control. 30 minutes later try to put it ON but it refuse to come up.
