Hi so I’ve had this phone sitting in my cupboard with a broken screen for a little under a year, I got a new screen put on it, let it charge overnight and turned it on. It lit up to the white screen with the apple logo and then it turned off after about 8 seconds and this is all it does. It dosen’t get picked up by my computer either :// Someone please help me out :')

  1. Do you have Original Apple Cable ?
  2. Did You try to enter into DFU Mode while connecting iP to Comp
  3. Did You Tried to connect Your phone with Comp when screen is pluuged off ?
  4. I can suggest You to connect it to another fully working CPU, sometimes it help
  5. Was it Your first screen replacement ?

After replacing the LCD screen, you use a longer screw to install conectors protecting the sheath

. It causes damage to the logicboard

. Your troubles are similar to the “blue” screen trouble on the ip5s. I am a technician specializing in repairing broken glass display LCD’s iPhone and have encountered this case many times, and have found the cause, overcome the above error.
