Hi @lollalitta Does this occur on all signal input types or only on the one input or input type e.g. co-ax, HDMI, AV etc? If on all input types here’s an image taken from the service manual for the TV showing the fault symptoms triage chart and also the No video/Normal audio troubleshooting flowchart.
