Turns Off Immediately And Beeps 3 Times Playstation 4

When I attempt to turn on my PlayStation either it starts for 3 seconds and turns off again. Or it starts for 5 seconds then beeps 3 times in quick succession. There has also been a few times where it starts then says to restart but when I restart it it’s never able to restart
