Chosen Solution
Have a customer phone that shuts off after boot when the lock screen comes up. The display go black and the status led flashes slowly violet? Have anyone seen anything like this? FYI Customer states when he used a damage cable (well..) while charging sparks and smoke came out from cable… I have tried charging the device (with a good cable) and i get a vibrate indication but nothing more. Sorry for my English 😅
According to this issue i would suggest possibly try testing a new battery and see if that works with a good cable.
