How can I get mobile data to work? I turn it on using from the settings menu and turn on data roaming, but I can’t get the phone to connect to 3G, ever.
When you don’t have 3G or you can’t receive MMS messages it usually means your APN settings are wrong, or they are not there at all. You can change them here: Settings -> More… -> Mobile networks -> Access Point Names (APN) -> Tick your service provider Usually you can get the correct APN settings from your provider’s website. If you can’t get them to work or have a hard time finding the APN settings then we recommend asking your provider to help you further.
