Hi, Recently i am having a problem with my bluetooth speaker. Its a product from nudeaudio. Its a nude move L and the speaker keeps turning off by itself when high bass comes in. I’ve put the device in ifixit website as sony srs xb30 because i can’t find nudeaudio in it. Please help!!

Hi @illuminati005 , Don’t know the speaker but can you operate the speaker with the charger connected and switched on? If so and it works OK when high bass comes in, then perhaps there is a problem with the battery unable to provide the power required for the extra load. A battery that is starting to fail under load even when it shows that it is fully charged is a sign that it needs to be replaced. Even rechargeable batteries have a lifespan.

Hi there, i had the same problem, I removed the grill on the side of the 2 speakers, not the woofer. I found that the one speaker magnet was loose and i turned it around so it rips to the speaker like a magnet should be stuck to it. Noticed that the side that the glue was put on, that if you want to stick it to the speaker it moves away. So i turned it the other way and the speaker played perfect after that. So not sure if it should be like that but its working.
