i have fixed many of these and never encountered this issue. replaced the screen assembly and now the phone turns of sporadically and wont turn on until plugged in. already tried new battery. help? thanks
Check the obvious stuff: make sure the power button isn’t stuck and nothing is pressing against it. The last Android phone I did that gave me this problem turned out to be a bad screen. I swear half the phone is in the Samsung display assembly now.
