i turned on voice over command and then suddenly the display when blank but the voice over is there. i tried switching it off but it won’t even though the voice over confirmed the screen is power off. what can i do to fix it?
do a hard retest hold power and home button togeater for 7 seconds then let go of home and keep pressing power
