أبو فارس any issues that make it hard to touch on a specific region of the digitizer points toward a failed touch screen. You can try a hard reset (safe your personal files like music, pictures, etc since they will get erased. Check on here for the instructions of a reset. If that does not work, you most likely will have to replace the display assembly. This video will help you with that.
