When I start a wash I hear a humming noise and no water is flowing into the tub. It seems like the cycle would keep going if I let it. No error message. We recently had a power outage. Not sure if that has anything to do with it.
@jv68 could be a control board issues as well as a water inlet valve issue. First thing you want to do is to unplug the machine and keep it unplugged for 5-10 min then plug it back in. See if that resets this. If it does not, then remove the water inlet hoses. You will have small screens acting as filters in there. Either clean or remove those.
