Hi Dan, I’m having the same problem trying to install the Kingston HyperX Savage in my MacBook White Unibody 13" 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo (Mid-2010, Model No: A1342). Which SATA cable model should I buy ? Thanks in advance!

Your systems SATA port is only SATA II (3.0 Gb/s). The Kingston SSD will match this SATA I/O speed. As you don’t clarify what your problem is I can’t guide you if you have a SATA cable issue or something else.
