I can’t get the drop down menu to show up and when I try to connect to wifi I get disabled or authentication problem or saved how can I get my phone to connect to my wifi

Alternatively, you can also perform a hard reset by tapping Settings > Backup & Reset > Factory data reset > Reset phone > Erase everything. Regards, Will
