Chosen Solution
Hello I need help to solder a usb cable to my imac webcam. It died and I want to make an ultimate hackintosh setup with the parts I can reuse. I allready got the screen working so i have an hdmi input! I think i found out what the ground cable is with my multimeter. Online i read that the twisted wires are probably the data cables. So now i need to find the plus cable. But i have no idea. If anybody could help me out it would be greatly apreciated! Does anybody know if this camera works on 3.3 volts or 5 volts? Thank you in advance!
I think the cameras use normal USB interface.
