I’m getting the “Can’t download the additional components needed to install mac os x” error when trying to install OSX Lion via Internet Recovery tool on a completely blank drive after upgrade. Tried removing half of the RAM, tried another connection, tried erasing the drive again (it’s formatted to Mac OS journaled). Any tips? I could use the time machine backup that I have but I’d really like to get a clean install and start fresh. I don’t have a spare external drive large enough for a bootable drive. Help!!
