1996 K1500 Found fuel pump shorted, changed full assembly. Wont start, ac wont work, doors unlock electric but wont lock, no bad fuses.
Is your new pump kicking on? Did you find out what caused the first pump to short out? If you look down the throttle body while it’s cranking, is it spraying fuel?(carb press gas and accl pump should squirt a stream) if the fuel pump is not coming on then check the fuel pump relay underneath the hood on the firewall passenger side when the key is turned on listen for a click.
